The Wayfarer is an American grill serving dishes ranging from roasted beet tartine and tater tots with caviar, to sushi, soup, and burgers. The restaurant includes a wine list as well as creative cocktails, like the namesake drink made with Stoli vodka, cardamom, prosecco, and apple-celery bitters. Acadia brings dishes from the Eastern Mediterranean, with Chef Ari Bokovza's creations. The menu includes Kubaneh, Yemeni pull-apart bread with za'atar and feta, Calsonehs, Syrian-inspired baked pasta with kashkaval cheese, and Lamb Kofta Terra Cotta with tahini and Levantine vegetables. Mediterranean flavors are integrated in cocktails.
