The menu includes Kubaneh, Yemeni pull-apart bread with za'atar and feta, Calsonehs, Syrian-inspired baked pasta with kashkaval cheese, and Lamb Kofta Terra Cotta with tahini and Levantine vegetables. Mediterranean flavors are integrated in cocktails.
