Acadia brings dishes from the Eastern Mediterranean, with Chef Ari Bokovza's creations. The menu includes Kubaneh, Yemeni pull-apart bread with za'atar and feta, Calsonehs, Syrian-inspired baked pasta with kashkaval cheese, and Lamb Kofta Terra Cotta with tahini and Levantine vegetables. Mediterranean flavors are integrated in cocktails.

Guests have access to a 24-hour Technogym fitness centre. The Quin Arts Programme provides artist receptions, exhibitions, lectures, musical performances, and other events.
